We are an NMLRA affiliated club with an emphasis on pre-1865 flint and percussion, round ball, black powder shooting.

We'd like to invite you to our monthly shoot.  See what we're doing, shoot with us and meet some of the members.  We can answer any questions you have about the club, and you can finalize your membership application right there.

We shoot on the third Sunday of the month, at the Project 2000 Range, 2082 Willow Glen Drive , El Cajon .  We usually begin at 0900 with a hawk and knife throw and begin shooting at 0930.  We generally shoot at silhouette targets, which reward your good shooting with a satisfying "thunk!" as they spin away. 

The shooting fee for non-members is $12.00.  If you join up right then at the shoot, you can shoot for the member’s fee of only $8.00.  Our annual membership fee is only $12.00.  That's a great deal, don't you think?       

           Or, you're welcome to attend our monthly meeting, which is held on the fourth Monday of each month, at Jack's Cabinet Shop, 436 E. 30th Street , National City. (Across the street from Sweetwater High School athletic field.)  You'll have to park on the street.  You'll be happy to discover that our meetings, which start promptly at 7:00 P.M., rarely run longer than an hour, and usually finish sooner than that.
